We are seeking a dedicated Food Service Associate to join our team. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.
- Prepare food and beverage orders with precision and care, adhering to our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Provide friendly, attentive service to all guests, responding promptly to their needs and requests.
- Assist fellow Team Members in preparation and setup for food service, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
- Handle restaurant telephone and email reservation enquiries efficiently and professionally.
- Perform other administrative duties as required, supporting the smooth operation of our restaurant.
- Minimum Secondary school education with 'O' Level passes; Diploma in any field is an advantage.
- At least 1 year of experience in a guest service or guest contact role, preferably in a hospitality organization.
