We are seeking a qualified Food Product Innovator

  • This is a challenging and rewarding role that involves developing new food products and recipes, as well as enhancing existing ones to meet consumer preferences and market trends.
  • The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of food science principles and food processing techniques, and will be able to work collaboratively with production teams to optimize manufacturing processes.

About the Role

This is a permanent position that offers a competitive salary package, including basic salary, AWS, and variable bonus. The working hours are 5.5 days per week (Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm, Saturday 8am to 12pm).

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and test new food products and recipes
  • Innovate and enhance existing products to meet consumer preferences and market trends
  • Implement and oversee quality control procedures to ensure product consistency and compliance with safety standards
  • Conduct research on food ingredients, processing methods, and preservation techniques
  • Ensure all products and processes comply with local and international food safety regulations, including HACCP, FDA, and other relevant standards
  • Work with production teams to optimize manufacturing processes
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have a diploma or degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field, and at least one year of experience in food product development or a similar role.
