The Inbound Warehouse Associate reports to the Assistant Operations Manager and will be responsible for coordinating with customers on the status of their shipments and assisting the receiving team with day-to-day operations. Key responsibilities include receiving and sorting shipments, coordinating with consignees to reschedule deliveries, investigating and following up on all issues with incoming shipments, recommending corrective action if needed, ensuring housekeeping is carried out diligently, preparing and submitting daily reports to customers/management, initiating continuous improvement of warehouse operations, and other job duties assigned by the Operations leader/manager.
Qualifications
Nitec or above, at least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field, good career progression, must be computer literate, a good team player, willing to work overtime, and able to start work within short notice.
