We are seeking a highly organized and proficient Warehouse Operations Executive to oversee our ecommerce warehouse fulfilment operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in warehouse management and a strong understanding of the ecommerce sector. This role is critical to ensuring efficient, accurate, and timely order fulfilment, which is essential for maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting the company’s growth objectives.


Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sorting & Organizing Shipments:
    • Sort daily inbound packages into different zones for efficient processing and delivery.
  2. Order Processing & Inventory Management:
    • Utilize the IMS in-house system to confirm orders, pick, pack, and dispatch parcels.
    • Ensure accurate processing of orders to meet delivery timelines.
  3. Stock Receiving, Placement & Verification:
    • Perform inbound stock-taking to verify quantities and quality of incoming shipments.
    • Place inbound goods onto designated shelves and accurately record their storage locations in a timely manner.
    • Liaise with warehouse customers regarding stock discrepancies or order-related queries and provide necessary resolutions.
    • Report any discrepancies or damaged goods to the warehouse supervisor.
  4. Warehouse Housekeeping & Maintenance:
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
    • Ensure all safety and operational guidelines are followed.
  5. Miscellaneous Warehouse Duties:
    • Assist with other warehouse-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
    • Support in ad hoc projects to improve warehouse efficiency.
    • Customer Service Support: Handle any warehouse-related issues that arise in customer service queries, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Experience in warehouse operations is a plus, but training will be provided.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse or inventory management system is an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication skills to liaise with customers regarding stock issues.
  • Physically fit and able to lift and move packages weighing up to 20kg.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Punctual and can meet deadlines

Monday to Friday – 9.30am to 6.30pm

Saturday – 10am to 2pm
