Encora Technologies Pte. Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Mainframe Production Support Technical Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support for our mainframe applications and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day issues, including daily health checks of applications and processes, working closely with end-users, development staff, and infrastructure teams to resolve incidents and/or mitigate outages.
  • Perform in-depth analysis of production problems, identify root causes, and recommend solutions to resolve application malfunctions and prevent recurrence.
  • Ensure all incidents, changes, and progress are efficiently and effectively managed to meet application service levels.
  • Contribute to identifying, coordinating, and implementing initiatives/projects that promote efficiency and optimization of daily processes.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve system efficiency and/or availability.
Requirements
  • At least 8 years of mainframe experience.
  • At least 5 years of solid CARDLINK (Credit and Debit Card System) hands-on experience.
  • Cards and payments domain knowledge.
  • Expert knowledge and experience in COBOL, JCL, VSAM, CICS, MQ Series, Ezytrieve.
  • Expert knowledge and use of mainframe tools such as Endevor, File-Aid, Control-M.
  • Prior application or production support experience is a plus.
