Job Title: Sea Export Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Sea Export Operations Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating all shipment operations with overseas offices and local contractors.

You will work closely with customers and other parties to ensure that they are promptly informed of shipment progress, including collection, shipping date, and arrival date. You will also handle and process all shipping documentation, customs declarations, and data entry into our in-house operations system.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in the field of international freight forwarding and sea export logistics. If you have a strong background in managing shipments and have excellent communication skills, we would like to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all shipment operations with overseas offices and local contractors
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of shipments
  • Handle and process all shipping documentation
  • Make customs declarations
  • Data entry of shipment details, invoices, etc.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years working experience in an International Freight Forwarding Company, especially Export Sea Freight
  • Good knowledge of handling seafreight shipments and related documentation
  • Knowledge of using Sysfreight is an added advantage
  • Pro active
  • Possess training and management skills
