Cloud Solutions Expert

We are seeking an innovative and results-driven individual to join our team as a Cloud Solutions Expert. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the digital transformation of our customers by designing, supporting, and executing their cloud-based strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement custom Azure DevOps and Automation solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Provide expert technical guidance and support to customers and prospects, addressing their queries, resolving their issues, and offering recommendations for improvement.
  • Assess existing DevOps processes and provide actionable insights and solutions for implementation and enhancement on CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
  • Offer expertise on infrastructure as code (IaC) and configuration management.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify sales opportunities and assist them in closing deals and achieving revenue targets.
  • Provide valuable feedback and insights to the product team on customer feedback, market trends, competitive analysis, and product enhancement suggestions.
  • Deliver enablement trainings to both internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Pre-Sales Consultant or similar role, preferably with a focus on Microsoft solutions and containerization.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Azure DevOps, Container technologies (Azure Kubernetes Services), Git, Docker, Jenkins, and related areas for CI/CD.
  • Expertise in Azure automation, ARM templates, Biceps, Terraforms.
  • In-depth knowledge in UNIX and Linux systems.
  • Professional certification in DevOps or Containerization is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn and grow.
  • Able to work independently and in teams.
