About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Training & Development Manager to join our team at Maestro HR. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop training programs that align with our clients' learning objectives.
  • Develop and review lesson plans, training materials, and assessments to ensure they meet the required standards.
  • Manage and coordinate the delivery of training services to clients, including scheduling and coordinating with training developers.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their training needs and provide tailored solutions.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education (DACE) or equivalent.
  • Qualifications or certificates in Training Development or Instructional Design from WDA, NIE, or an accredited training institution.
  • At least 2 years of education/training industry-related working experience.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience in instructional design and development.
  • Knowledge of IT systems and authoring tools such as Dreamweaver, Flash, Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate, and Lectora.
  • Web page creation skills using HTML, XML, and other web technologies.

Working Arrangements:

  • 5-day workweek.
  • Based in AMK area, with frequent travel to Changi area.
