Job Title: Financial Services Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Financial Services Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our financial services group, you will be responsible for processing corporate actions and income events for the APAC region in a timely and accurate manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process corporate actions and income events for the APAC region.
  • Ensure precise and prompt data entry for all corporate income and event transactions.
  • Communicate with custodians to clarify details related to income events and corporate actions.
  • Prepare disclosure letters in response to shareholder information requests from companies.
  • Respond to queries from internal stakeholders regarding income events and corporate actions.
  • Record commission fees received or update waiver logs when applicable.
  • Support and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and project initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
  • Experience with corporate actions and income events.
  • Knowledge of APAC markets and regulatory requirements.
