Job Title: Research Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized professional to assist the Principal Investigator in various research projects, focusing on public health and clinical service innovation.

  • Coordinate and manage research studies from start to finish.
  • Screen and recruit participants, obtain informed consent, and act as a liaison between participants and study-related parties.
  • Administer study assessments, monitor enrollment goals, and initiate strategies to promote enrollment and participant compliance.
  • Oversee compliance to study protocol, maintain participant files and study database, and complete data entry and verification.
  • Prepare reports for regulatory agencies.
  • Assist with developing project budgets, monitoring expenses, and arranging for participant reimbursement.
  • Recognize, track, and report adverse events and protocol deviations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in psychology, social sciences, or related fields.
  • Minimum two years of research experience.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and human relations and communication skills required.
  • Able to function independently and work effectively in hospital and/or community settings.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin required.
