Job Title: Architectural Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Architectural Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the qualified professionals in their daily functions, running projects, and preparing design and working drawings for various stages of project.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in architectural consultancy firms.
  • Proficiency in Revit BIM and AUTOCAD operation.
  • Familiar with local codes and authorities' requirements.
  • Keen to learn, hardworking, and driven.
  • Able to work independently and as a team.
  • Responsible and take ownership of tasks given.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist QP in daily function of an Architect.
  • Run projects.
  • Prepare design / working drawings for various stages of project.
  • Assist in preparation of drawings for submission to local authorities / technical departments.
  • Attend meetings and liaising with clients / authorities' officers / other consultants / contractors.
