Job Title: Hairstylist Team Lead

Job Description:

As a Hairstylist Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the salon. Your primary goal is to provide exceptional customer service and ensure that every client leaves feeling satisfied with their experience.

You will be expected to handle customer needs with care and creativity, designing and creating hairstyles that exceed their expectations. This includes providing hair scalp treatments, single hair color and double hair color, mud treatments, re-bonding, head spa, bleach hair, shampoo and blow drying services.

In addition to your technical skills, you will also be responsible for managing the salon's inventory, participating in promotional events and roadshows, and maintaining a positive relationship with clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Professional hairstyling skills with expertise in cutting-edge techniques and products
  • Hairstyling certifications from reputable schools or institutions
  • Relevant experience in the beauty industry, preferably in a leadership role
  • Knowledgeable about various hair types and able to provide personalized advice and recommendations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Presentation skills with confidence and charisma
