Job Description:

The Hairstylist Director will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, creating and maintaining a positive work environment, and contributing to the growth and success of our salon. This includes:

  • Designing and executing hairstyles that meet or exceed client expectations
  • Managing and maintaining equipment and inventory
  • Developing and implementing promotional strategies to drive sales and growth
  • Providing training and guidance to new staff members
  • Resolving conflicts and addressing client concerns in a professional and courteous manner
