Job Title: EDI Support Specialist
Description:
- As an EDI support professional, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth exchange of data between businesses and their partners.
- You will provide technical assistance for Seeburger BIS (Business Integration Suite), troubleshooting and resolving EDI-related issues in a timely manner.
- This involves monitoring EDI transactions, identifying potential problems, and addressing them before they impact business operations.
- You will collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand and address their EDI needs, documenting your support activities and maintaining accurate records of client interactions.
- To succeed in this role, you will need strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A strong understanding of EDI concepts and standards (e.g., EDIFACT, ANSI X12)
- Experience with Seeburger BIS or similar EDI platforms is not mandatory
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good English communication skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
