Job Title: Retail Customer Service Representative
About the JobWe are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our retail team as a Retail Customer Service Representative. This role plays a key part in delivering excellent service and creating a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide friendly and professional service to walk-in customers
- Upsell and cross-sell products to meet customer needs
- Replenish and manage store inventory
- Perform cashier duties and handle transactions accurately
- Assist in shifting store displays and setting up visual merchandising
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the store, including housekeeping tasks
- Minimum GCE 'N' / 'O' Levels or ITE qualification
- No prior experience required (training will be provided)
- Willing to work on 3 rotating shifts
- Able to work 5 days a week, including weekends and Public Holidays
- Outgoing, well-groomed, and customer service-oriented
- Working locations at Suntec City/ Wisma Atria or Raffles City
