Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for handling administrative duties, including email correspondence with tenants, website updates, and digital directory uploads.

You will also be tasked with roaming the mall to ensure common areas and retail spaces are well-maintained and identify any maintenance issues or customer feedback to respective departments.

As a key point of contact for customers, you will provide timely and accurate clarification and advice on various queries from the public. You will also handle customer feedback and complaints professionally and efficiently.

In addition, you will perform paging and in-house announcements based on standard guidelines, receive incoming calls, make outgoing calls, and handle lost and found items.

You will assist in executing mall promotions and events, upsell the CapitaStar Loyalty program, and introduce the public to CapitaLand's enhanced customer service through digital solutions.

Responsibilities include managing partners' loyal programs, inspecting in-mall marketing communication facilities, educating retailers on eCapitaVoucher acceptance, and performing other tasks as assigned by your immediate supervisor/management.
