As an accomplished Vice Principal, you will be responsible for leading a team of educators and supporting the academic growth of students.

Role and Responsibilities:

In this role, you will establish a positive learning environment that fosters academic excellence and safety for students and staff. This includes:

  • Developing and implementing a strategic plan aligned with the school's mission and goals, utilizing data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Oversight of curriculum development and implementation that meet educational standards and cater to diverse student needs.
  • Ensuring effective and up-to-date teaching methods and materials.


Administrative Support:

You will assist the principal in managing daily school operations, including curriculum development, policy oversight, and regulatory compliance. This involves:

  • Hiring, training, and evaluating teachers.
  • Implementing and monitoring the school curriculum, ensuring educational standards are met and students achieve academic success.
  • Qualifications and Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for this position.


Key Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum degree in education.
  • A proficient command of both English and Chinese (Mandarin).
  • 3-5 years of teaching experience.
  • Over 2 years of management experience.
  • Demonstrates strong integrity and professionalism in all tasks.
  • Able to work on weekends.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, high-stress work environment.
