Financial Operations Specialist Role

The company seeks a highly skilled and experienced financial operations specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing cash flow, handling accounts payable and receivable, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

About the Position

  • Cash Flow Management: Responsible for maintaining accurate records of financial transactions, ensuring timely payments, and minimizing debt exposure.
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable: Handling invoices, purchase orders, payments, and collections efficiently and effectively.
  • Financial Reports: Preparing detailed quarterly GST reports, project costing, and other financial statements as required.
  • Inventory Management: Managing stock levels, inventory control, and optimization to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
  • General Ledger and Journal Entries: Maintaining accurate records of financial transactions, reconciliations, and journal entries.
  • Auditor Liaison: Collaborating with external auditors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, providing necessary documentation and information.

Key Requirements:

  • Familiarity with Malaysian and Indonesian accounting practices and regulations.
  • Experience in managing full sets of accounts, including financial reporting and analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
