We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer to lead the design and development of complex mechanical systems. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in overseeing the planning, execution, and installation of these systems. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring their smooth operation, from concept to implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative mechanical designs that meet industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, resulting in increased efficiency and productivity.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, ensure compliance with safety protocols, and mitigate potential risks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in the building and construction industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to travel frequently, with occasional overnight stays, to conduct site visits and attend meetings.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Professional certifications, such as P.E. or LEED AP.
  • Experience with computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks.
  • Knowledge of building codes and regulations, including OSHA and local ordinances.
