Job Summary

This is a unique opportunity to work in the Medical Informatics Office as a Senior Analyst. The ideal candidate will have experience in clinical information systems, IT project management and healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting requirements analysis, completing content build, and performing functional testing of the system.
  • Providing user training and coordinating with appointed IT projects/systems teams to build and implement solutions that meet user requirements for clinical orders, medication administration, and documentation.
  • Performing secretariat work for assigned workgroups, including coordinating meetings, preparing materials, and tracking issues and training statuses throughout the project cycle.
  • Extending on-site user support during implementation and taking on-call responsibilities for system application support at scheduled times to troubleshoot and track issues.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
  • Experience in clinical information systems, IT project management and healthcare environment is preferred.
  • Candidates with 2 or more years of relevant experience may be considered for the Senior Analyst post.
  • Certification in Epic Electronic Medical Record system application is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Good stakeholder management skills.
  • Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
