Software Quality Assurance Professional

We are looking for a skilled Software Quality Assurance professional to join our growing team. As a member of our in-house development team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software applications.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of testing principles and methodologies, as well as experience with Agile development frameworks. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining test cases, test plans, and automated test scripts to ensure that our software meets the highest standards of quality.

Additionally, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize defects, develop solutions, and implement fixes. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills will enable you to effectively communicate technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain test cases, test plans, and automated test scripts
  • Develop solutions and implement fixes for identified defects
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize defects
  • Communicate technical issues to non-technical stakeholders
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in software quality assurance
  • Strong understanding of testing principles and methodologies
  • Experience with Agile development frameworks and version control systems
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
