Research and Development Engineer Position

We are seeking a talented Research and Development Engineer to contribute to the advancement of material science research and development efforts.

This full-time role involves playing a crucial part in the development and optimization of innovative materials and products that support clients across various industries.

  1. Support the development and optimization of products by conducting experiments, preparing samples, and providing technical input under guidance.
  2. Perform hands-on material application tests to validate performance and reliability; analyze and document results with precision.
  3. Identify and address technical issues during testing or development phases, proposing solutions and learning from outcomes to improve processes.
  4. Maintain accurate and organized records of experiments, test results, and project updates in compliance with company policies.
  5. Interpret test data, compile detailed reports, and present findings to the team to support decision-making and project progress.

Requirements include a diploma or bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Materials Engineering, or a related scientific discipline.

  • 3 years of relevant experience in product development or application testing in material science or semiconductor or electronic industry

Strong understanding of materials and material engineering, familiarity with testing methodologies and industry standards, hands-on laboratory skills for conducting experiments and operating testing equipment, analytical skills for interpreting data and identifying trends or issues, and proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
