Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Material Planner to join our team at RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD. As a Material Planner, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supply Chain Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to resolve daily operation matters and ensure seamless communication.
  • Material Planning: Review and analyze MRP and material demand to perform material planning that supports production schedules.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, review PO backlogs, and generate daily receiving lists for the warehouse.
  • Material Movement: Plan, control, and trigger material movement via STO with 3PL to ensure timely delivery.
  • Excess and Obsolete Inventory: Analyze and monitor excess and obsolete inventory to optimize stock levels.
  • Forecast Accuracy: Manage forecast accuracy and review safety stock requirements to ensure optimal inventory levels.
  • Cost-Saving Initiatives: Support cost-saving initiatives and process improvement to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Sub-Contractor Management: Work closely with sub-contractors to ensure delivery arrangements meet customer requests.
  • Compliance: Ensure planning activities and procedures comply with the company's ISO 14001/9001 standards.
Requirements
  • Education: Min Diploma in any field with at least 2 years of material planning experience.
  • Skills: SAP Planning experience is an added advantage, and material planning related experience is required.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary: Up to $4K
  • Contract Duration: 1 year contract with 1 month completion bonus
  • Extension Possibility: Possibility of extension
