Job Title: Quality Control Inspector

We are seeking a diligent and meticulous Quality Control Inspector to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance group, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards are met for architectural, structural, and engineering works.

In this challenging and rewarding position, you will be responsible for conducting thorough site inspections to identify defects and anomalies. You will also verify finishes against project specifications, record and report all defects found, including supporting photos and location markings.

You will work closely with our QAQC Engineers, site supervisors, and other relevant parties to support overall quality management efforts. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will be invaluable assets to our team.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum Diploma holder
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese (verbal and written)
  • The ability to adapt to new technologies and processes

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct Site Inspections: Conduct thorough site inspections to identify defects and anomalies.

  • Assist QAQC Engineers: Assist in preparing defect lists, punch lists, or rectification reports for subcontractors.
  • Maintain Logs: Maintain accurate logs of inspection activities and rectification progress.
