Job Title: Aquatic Program Director

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Aquatic Program Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in swimming instruction and program management, with the ability to develop and deliver high-quality aquatic programs for swimmers of all ages and skill levels.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement swimming programs that meet the needs of our diverse client base
  • Conduct assessments and create lesson plans tailored to individual swimmers
  • Develop and implement new programs to enhance client engagement and satisfaction
  • Provide guidance and support to junior coaches and instructors
  • Maintain accurate records of coaching sessions and client progress
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and program delivery

Essential Skills & Qualities:

  • Minimum 1 year relevant teaching experience (an advantage)
  • Recognized swim teacher certification or degree in Physical Education (an advantage)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively with children and adults of diverse backgrounds and skill levels
  • Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends/public holidays
  • Enthusiastic and positive attitude towards swimming
  • Possess the ability to inspire confidence and motivate swimmers
  • Perseverance and patience
  • A good understanding of how to differentiate in a teaching session
