Real Estate Fund Accountant

**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled Real Estate Fund Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality service deliverables to our clients, ensuring all financial statements and disclosures are accurate and timely.

The ideal candidate will have experience in management accounting or fund accounting, with a strong understanding of real estate industry practices. They will be proficient in using property systems and processes, including Yardi/Horizon, and have knowledge of income types, dilapidations, lease surrenders, capital contributions, and capital allowances.

The successful candidate will also have excellent organizational, prioritization, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior management and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:**
* Review and prepare financial statements and disclosures for real estate clients
* Manage cash balances and ensure reconciliations are completed accurately
* Assist with new business take-ons and provide support to the back-office team
* Develop and implement KPIs to measure performance and ensure compliance with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
* Provide constructive feedback to the back-office team and support their development

Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent
* At least 3 years of experience in management accounting or fund accounting, preferably in the real estate industry
* Proficient in using property systems and processes, including Yardi/Horizon
* Strong understanding of income types, dilapidations, lease surrenders, capital contributions, and capital allowances
* Excellent organizational, prioritization, and interpersonal skills
