Cloud Security Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Cloud Security Leader to join our organization and lead the development, implementation, and management of cloud security solutions.

This role entails collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure secure cloud environments while addressing emerging security challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute cloud security strategies, providing leadership and direction to the cloud security team, aligning efforts with organizational objectives.
  • Promote security best practices and foster a culture of security awareness across the organization.
  • Design secure cloud architectures and solutions, evaluating and recommending security tools and technologies to enhance cloud security.
  • Develop IAM strategies to ensure secure and compliant access to cloud resources.
  • Implement and enforce IAM policies, procedures, and controls for managing identities, roles, and permissions.
  • Establish cloud security policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations.
  • Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Lead incident response efforts for cloud security incidents.
  • Analyze security logs and alerts to detect and respond to threats.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in cloud security, with expertise in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, and 2+ years in a lead position.
  • Strong understanding of cloud security & infrastructure architectures.
  • Relevant certifications, such as OSCP, CISSP, or AWS Certified Security - Specialty.
  • Knowledge of container security and Kubernetes.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud security tools and services.
  • Proficient in security technologies, including IAM, encryption, SIEM, IDS/IPS, and vulnerability management.
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks, such as ISO 27001 and SOC 2.
