Senior Program Manager

The role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills, able to drive initiatives across diverse and globally distributed teams.

The ideal candidate will have experience in semiconductor product or test engineering, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

A BS in Engineering is required, with project management certifications such as PMP highly valued.

  • Manage a portfolio of critical product and technology development initiatives.
  • Guide executive leaders and stakeholders to develop projects that align with strategic objectives.
  • Drive initiatives in cross-functional teams.
  • Guide teams through the project lifecycle from planning to closure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute stakeholder and change management plans.
  • Oversee multiple project teams and ensure program goals are achieved.
  • Individual hands-on management of projects.

Preferred Experience:

  • 5 years of experience in semiconductor industry.
  • 5 years of experience managing projects.
  • Prior experience in semiconductor product or test engineering preferred.

Academic Credentials:

  • BS in Engineering required.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
  • MBA preferred.
  • Six sigma black belt or master black belt certification preferred.
