Role Overview
As an Instructor, your impact extends beyond traditional teaching methods. You will be instrumental in identifying and fostering the potential of your students while addressing their ongoing educational needs.

Key Responsibilities
In addition to your educational responsibilities, you will engage in industry-related projects or consultancy work to stay updated with the latest developments in your field. This role also allows for regular industry exposure to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Qualifications and Skills Required

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the electronics security sector, particularly in Device-to-System or System-to-System integration, is essential.


You should possess expertise in at least two of the following areas:
  • Development and design of security systems utilizing programming languages such as Python or C/C++ across various platforms including Windows, Linux, or Mobile (Android/iOS).
  • Installation, configuration, testing, and maintenance of Integrated Security Systems, including components for video surveillance, access control, and intrusion detection.
  • Experience with video analytics technologies, including facial and license plate recognition, crowd management, and anomaly detection using machine learning or deep learning methodologies.
  • Skills in the design and operation of a Security Command Centre.
  • Strong understanding of networking principles, TCP/IP connectivity, and cybersecurity practices to facilitate effective security project implementation.
  • Ability to provide both theoretical and practical training on security system products for end users.
  • Relevant professional certifications and experience in automation solutions for security operations will be considered advantageous.

Candidates with substantial experience may be considered for Senior Instructor roles or equivalent positions, with pathways for advancement into leadership roles within educational institutions.
