Job Title: RPA Automation Expert

As a seasoned RPA Automation Expert, you will serve as a key member of our team in various capacities including business process analysis, automation development, support, and training. This is an exciting opportunity to join us in delivering exceptional results and drive business growth through innovative robotic process automation solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with customers to identify and define automation opportunities, gathering business requirements and developing solutions that meet their needs.
  • Gather and document existing IT and business operations processes, analyzing them for optimization and automation opportunities.
  • Analyze complex business requirements and design, develop, test, deploy and document automation workflows.
  • Deliver successful automation projects, collaborating with clients to ensure seamless integration and adoption.
  • Pursue RPA implementation best practices, continuously improving automation efficiency, maintainability and scalability.
  • Understand business processes from a workflow diagram perspective, conceptualizing them as automated solutions.
  • Create, document and execute test procedures, scenarios and cases for the pre-UAT and UAT phases.
  • Thoroughly test automation packages in environments they will be hosted in or supported deployment environments.
  • Maintain RPA, monitor automation execution, troubleshoot issues, provide L1 – L3 support to existing automations/processes, review documentation and implement change requests according to priority.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Excellent written and spoken English fluency with proficiency in Mandarin and/or Bahasa Melayu desired.
  • Minimum 1-2 years hands-on experience in UiPath, corresponding to selected candidate's level of proficiency and experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to understand, analyze and define advanced technical and functional solutions.
  • Familiarity with integrating different applications using web services/Rest API, RDBMS and open-source databases.
  • Process-oriented with good presentation, communication and articulation skills.
  • Proven experience in software delivery lifecycle using Waterfall and/or Agile methodology.
  • Certification in UiPath Advanced Developer within 3 months if not already certified.
