Customer Service Role

We are seeking a dedicated customer service professional to join our sales team. As a key member of the sales portfolio, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and managing promotions and sales.

Main Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch customer service and product knowledge
• Drive promotions and sales
• Assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues
• Handle cashiering duties and maintain accurate inventory records
• Organize and track inventory levels, re-stocking as needed
• Proactively update customers on reservation orders and ensure stock accuracy
• Collaborate with the sales team to enhance customer experience

Key Requirements

• GCE 'O' Levels or above with at least 2 years of retail service experience
• Excellent communication skills and customer service attitude
• Fluency in English; proficiency in local dialects is an advantage
• Availability to work weekends
