Regional Financial Oversight Position

This role oversees financial operations across multiple regions, ensuring compliance with local regulations and supporting strategic decision-making. The position involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders to maintain continuity and excellence in financial management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Operations Management: Supervise daily financial processes, review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing procedures, ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, and consolidate regional financial results.
  • Expense Reporting: Review and validate monthly expense reports prepared by service providers.
  • Accounting Oversight: Oversee relationships with local accounting service providers, review and validate financial reports, tax filings, and statutory submissions.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with local tax laws, maintain and enhance internal controls and risk management frameworks, and liaise with regulatory bodies as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification preferred.
  • Minimum 8–10 years of progressive finance experience, including regional or multi-country exposure.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP; good understanding of local accounting standards.
