Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives.
  • Technology Leadership: Provide technical leadership and direction to the technology team, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and support to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Innovation: Foster a culture of innovation within the organization, encouraging experimentation and the adoption of new technologies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that technology solutions meet business needs and are aligned with company goals.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, customers, and partners.
Requirements:
  • Technical Expertise: Proven track record in developing and managing XR technologies, with a deep understanding of AR, VR, MR, and XR ecosystems.
  • Industry Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in the technology sector, with a strong focus on XR and related fields.
  • Leadership: 5+ years of experience in C-level management roles, demonstrating exceptional leadership and strategic thinking skills.
  • Government Relations: Established connections with government agencies and a proven ability to navigate regulatory landscapes.
  • AI and Data Security: Expertise in AI applications and data security best practices, particularly in the context of large-scale projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Over 15 years of combined experience in technology and management roles.
  • Experience in setting up and managing large-scale XR labs in multiple industries.
  • Experience in enterprise software / SaaS preferred.
  • International experience and/or multicultural skills would be a plus.
  • Experience working on government-funded projects.
