The role of a Project Manager for Research and Innovation involves overseeing the execution of research-driven initiatives, fostering collaboration between academics and industry partners, and ensuring seamless project delivery.

This position requires a highly organized and motivated individual with exceptional communication skills to support the development of thought leadership content, manage stakeholder expectations, and analyze trends related to digital disruption.

The successful candidate will work closely with Chair stakeholders, academic researchers, and students to coordinate activities, provide administrative support, and promote student projects through various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and vendors to ensure effective project execution.
  • Support the production of high-quality content, including white papers, policy briefs, and industry reports.
  • Manage social media platforms to promote chair-related activities, student work, and projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, Strategy, or a closely related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
  • Strong organizational and analytical capabilities, with proficiency in Google Workspace and MS Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with digital technologies, innovation ecosystems, and strategic management frameworks.
