About the Role

This Senior Associate position requires a highly motivated individual with a strong background in investigations and a practical understanding of market abuse regulation. You will be responsible for carrying out thorough investigations into potential suspicious activities, working closely with internal departments to gather information and analyze data.

  • Investigate complex cases, identifying root causes and developing effective mitigation strategies;
  • Liaise with stakeholders across the organization, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration;
  • Analyze large datasets, using advanced tools and techniques to identify trends and patterns;
  • Develop and implement control procedures, policies, and training programs to ensure ongoing compliance risk management.
Requirements and Qualifications

We are looking for a highly skilled professional with a proven track record in investigations, preferably with experience in anti-money laundering, anti-bribery, and corruption legislation. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A clear understanding of financial markets and products, particularly equities and derivatives;
  • Strong analytical and risk assessment skills, with the ability to adapt to new challenges and priorities;
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings to senior management;
  • Experience working with Excel and other data analysis tools;
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
