Financial Crime Investigator

Our organization requires an experienced Financial Crime Investigator to conduct thorough investigations of potential financial crimes. In this role, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Follow up with customers on unauthorized transactions
  • Support Anti-Money Laundering (AML) monitoring efforts
  • Liaise with internal teams on financial crime-related cases
  • Support in clearing dispute cases rejected by automated systems
  • Provide support in chargeback and recovery processes
  • Prepare monthly and regulatory financial crime reporting

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Excel skills. Additionally, experience in commercial banking, financial crime, and AML is highly desirable.

This is a 3-month contract position.
