Job Title: Payroll Solutions Specialist

The PAYROLL SOFTWARE CONSULTANT role is responsible for delivering technical/functional support for the Payroll functions of the PAYROLL software including planning, setting up, troubleshooting and implementation.

He/She is also responsible for managing small-scale project management, development, quality assurance, security and review of the payroll function.

As an analytical and logical individual, he/she must manage small-scale HRMS projects and analyze HRMS issues raised.

Additionally, he/She is expected to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to accomplish work.

Candidates will be provided with training, upskilling, and hands-on practice opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support and consultancy activities for HRMS and PAYROLL functions.
  • Develop excellent interpersonal and communications skills in customer relationships.
  • Produce documentation for project implementation purposes, such as user manuals, requirements documents, and process workflow documents.
  • Offer logical and 'best practice' solutions for users.
  • Manage project team members' expectations.
  • Provide HRMS and PAYROLL end-user training and technical support.
  • Offer post-implementation support to HRMS and PAYROLL users.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.

A minimum of 2 years of working experience is required for this position.

Having worked with other payroll software in a capacity as an application implementor or support would be advantageous.

Preferably Junior Executive specialized in HRMS/PAYROLL, IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.

Self-motivated individuals with good work ethics and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.

This is a 5-day work week, Monday to Friday opportunity.
