Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and review orders for accuracy and completeness.

  • Coordinate reorders with the inventory team to meet customer demands.
  • Address customer inquiries and provide updates on order status.
  • Resolve issues related to orders and coordinate with the warehouse for timely shipping.
  • Maintain accurate order records and update customer information.
  • Work with sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth processing of orders.
  • Provide feedback for process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple orders and deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry to ensure order accuracy.
  • Proficiency in order management systems and Microsoft Office Suite to efficiently process orders.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills to provide timely updates and resolve customer issues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.

Work Arrangement

This is a full-time position that requires working 6 days a week. The work location is in Singapore, and the nearest MRT station is Clementi.
