Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our Enterprise Consulting team as a Lead Consultant. As a trusted advisor, you will play a pivotal role in advising clients on technology strategy and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to translate business strategy into technology roadmaps, IT operating models, and outsourcing strategies enabling transformative outcomes.
  • Lead end-to-end engagements spanning origination, pre-sales, and consulting across diverse industries.
  • Provide strategic advice on early-stage opportunities and technology consulting engagements, understanding client challenges and articulating compelling value propositions and benefits of proposed solutions.
  • Independently lead engagements, develop deliverables, and coach project teams.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders (clients, internal teams, etc.).

Requirements:

  • Possess extensive experience in technology consulting, specifically in enterprise transformation and digital strategy.
  • Demonstrate expertise in advising clients on technology roadmaps, IT operating models, and outsourcing strategies.
  • Proven track record of leading complex projects, managing multiple stakeholders, and delivering results-driven solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Familiarity with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
