The Front Desk Operations Coordinator is a key member of our team at Beach Road Hotel (1886) Ltd. As a Front Desk Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of front desk operations, including guest arrivals and departures.

About the Role:

This role requires a high level of expertise in managing front desk operations, ensuring seamless processes and efficient communication among team members.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage Front Desk Operations: Ensure the smooth running of front desk operations by performing all tasks in adherence with the code of ethics as issued by Raffles Hotel Singapore.
  • Coordinate Guest Arrivals and Departures: Manage all aspects of guest arrivals and departures, including check-in, check-out, and cashiering duties.
  • Embed Accor Values: Align service standards and individual performance with Accor's core values: Guest Passion, Trust, Sustainable Performance, Spirit of Conquest, Innovation, and Respect.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree from a hospitality or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience, with at least 2 years at a management level.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and ability to communicate in a second language.
