Governance and Risk Expert
Key Responsibilities- Develop a comprehensive group-wide TPRM strategy and roadmap in collaboration with business heads and responsibility holders under the SMR regime.
- Establish risk appetite for third parties in consultation with first-line and SMR holders.
- Implement the approach and controls to implement the group-wide TPRM strategy.
- Ensure regular reporting at relevant senior risk committees.
- Embed a culture of collaboration with key stakeholders in risk, businesses, and functions.
This role reports to the Global Head, TPRM Governance, SCM. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the AI agenda for risk and governance process simplification/optimization and ensuring that all decisions made are positive contributions to RoTE.
What You Will Bring- A strong background in TPRM, risk management, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across multiple functions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in developing and implementing strategies and plans.
