Optimizing cash flow is a critical aspect of revenue cycle management. As a seasoned professional, you will lead and mentor a team of cash management experts to achieve exceptional results.

Key responsibilities include preparing and analyzing reports on key performance indicators related to cash management, collaborating with the technology team to enhance efficiency, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, developing standard instructions, and working with training and QA teams to improve staff productivity.

A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or healthcare administration is required, along with a minimum of 10+ years of experience in core cash management within the US healthcare industry.

Additionally, you should possess strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, effective written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in cash management software and accounting systems, and familiarity with relevant technology tools.

A comprehensive understanding of federal, state, and local regulations related to cash management and revenue cycle management is also essential.
