Job Title: Premises Coordinator

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day management of our facilities. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the operation and maintenance of our premises, ensuring that all works are carried out in accordance with approved plans, specifications, and safety requirements.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement facility management plans, taking into account funder guidelines and centre needs.
  • Prepare and evaluate procurement documents, including quotations and justifications.
  • Liaise with funders and other bodies to secure project and funding approval.

  • Supervise renovation works and ensure compliance with BCA, SCDF, MOH, and other regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and consultants to ensure timely project completion.
  • Monitor project progress, track milestones, and manage site issues proactively.

  • Maintain full project documentation for audit trail purposes.
  • Prepare reports to update internal management and relevant authorities on project progress and fund utilisation.


Requirements:
  • Degree holder in Building, Project Management, Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in facility management and project coordination.
  • Experience in government-funded project documentation or reporting is advantageous.
