We are seeking a skilled Technical Application Specialist to join our team.

This role involves providing technical expertise to support the development and implementation of applications, ensuring they meet business requirements and are delivered on time.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the development of application specifications and requirements
  • Collaborating with project managers to understand business needs and user requirements
  • Integrating applications with back-end databases and supporting the development of program logic for new applications and features
  • Analyzing applications usage reports and documenting technical architecture, code changes, and issue resolutions
  • Solving routine problems that occur within applications and monitoring compliance to security measures

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in ReactJS and ReactNative
  • Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services integration
  • Proficient knowledge of databases, especially PostgreSQL and MSSQL databases
  • Ability to manage hosting environments and understand deployment methodologies
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS is an advantage
  • Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git
