Job Title: IT Transformation Expert

Job Description:

We are seeking a strategic IT leader to drive digital transformation across the organization. This leadership role requires a forward-thinking individual who can align IT strategies with business goals, optimize operations, and spearhead innovation to support sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with business objectives and long-term growth plans.
  • Manage IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, cybersecurity, and support services, ensuring system availability, scalability, and resilience.
  • Mentor and lead a high-performing IT team. Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Oversee end-to-end project lifecycles using methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Establish IT policies, standards, and frameworks. Ensure compliance with cybersecurity and data protection regulations.
  • Stay ahead of emerging technologies and drive adoption of modern solutions including automation, cloud computing, and data analytics.
  • Work closely with department heads to identify technology needs and deliver scalable and user-centric solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5-8 years of IT leadership experience with a proven track record in managing complex IT environments.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, cybersecurity practices, and enterprise systems.
  • Experience in managing and motivating IT teams to deliver consistent results.
  • Expertise in project management and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to convey technical ideas to non-technical audiences.
