Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Engagement Manager.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • The selected candidate will be responsible for engaging with the University's Chinese alumni residing in Singapore and China, planning and delivering bilingual alumni-focused programmes, events and activities.
    • He/she will work closely with alumni and Chinese alumni groups to create a strong community spirit.
    • The ideal candidate will support overseas alumni leaders in communication and administration.
    • Responsibilities also include curating and organising alumni events for Chinese alumni in key cities.
    • Generate high-quality, bilingual original content for social media posts.
    • Develop effective engagement strategies to efficiently steward and support Chinese alumni.
    • Collaborate with other colleagues on alumni activities, when necessary.
  • Requirements:
    • A recognised degree with at least 7 years of work experience, preferably in engagement, partnerships or marketing.
    • Strong people skills, creativity, resourcefulness and diplomacy.
    • Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin, with proficiency in verbal and written communication.
    • Good project management skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask.
