About You
We are looking for someone with basic skills in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing building equipment, preferably with knowledge of hotel/residences maintenance and management. Your experience in mechanical/electrical/plumbing and building engineering will also be beneficial. Additionally, your electrical control and trouble-shooting skills will enable you to efficiently diagnose and resolve issues.

Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining the upkeep and repair of our residences, including performing preventative maintenance on tools and equipment.
- Inspecting and maintaining machinery, diagnosing defects, and replacing defective systems or components.
- Using the Lockout/Tagout system before performing any maintenance work.
- Daily routine checks of critical areas such as pump rooms, consumer switch rooms, and MDF rooms.
- Assisting supervisors in day-to-day operations and participating in fire-fighting and safety exercises.
- Addressing residence owners' concerns in a professional, positive, and timely manner.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- BASIC SKILLS IN MAINTENANCE, TROUBLESHOOTING, AND REPAIR OF BUILDING EQUIPMENT
- WILLINGNESS TO WORK AS A TEAM
- KNOWLEDGE OF HOTEL / RESIDENCES MAINTENANCE AND MANAGEMENT IS PREFERRED
- KNOWLEDGE OF MECHANICAL / ELECTRICAL / PLUMBING & BUILDING ENGINEERING
- ELECTRICAL CONTROL & TROUBLE-SHOOTING SKILLS
