We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at PRIME GENERAL & BUILDING CONTRACTORS PTE. LTD. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.

About the Role
Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems to identify any issues and develop preventative maintenance procedures to prevent breakdowns and reduce downtime. Manage heating and plumbing systems to guarantee functionality and plan and schedule repairs to minimize disruption. Collaborate with suppliers, contractors, and customers on site installation jobs and ensure given tasks complete within the given timeline.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems to identify any issues.
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance procedures.
  • Manage heating and plumbing systems to guarantee functionality.
  • Plan and schedule repairs.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, contractors, and customers.

Requirements
  • Min. NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Technical certificate in Electrical or Mechanical or Engineering or any bachelor degree.
  • Preferably with min. 2-3 years' relevant work experience in hands-on maintenance experience in chemical industry.
  • Good knowledge in mechanical, process control safety standards.
  • Strong equipment troubleshooting hands-on skill.
