Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Reporting to the Project Manager and working closely with the project team to ensure project deliverables are met on time.
  • Daily work scheduling of workers for projects, coordinating with main-con, subcon, and project stakeholders.
  • Assisting and coordinating with supervisors, planning, scheduling, and coordinating with customers, building owners, and workers.
  • Responsible for as-built documentation and generating weekly and monthly reports using Microsoft Excel.
  • Assisting in data entry and other ad-hoc duties.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A diploma in a construction-related discipline.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years' work experience in a Project Coordinator role.
  • Good contractual knowledge and administration skills.
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented approach.
  • Good organisation skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Good written communication skills in English.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to coordinate/communicate with project teams.
  • Bonus: Ability to speak Chinese is an advantage.
