Experienced Construction Project Manager Wanted

We are seeking a seasoned construction project leader to oversee the delivery of complex projects. This role will involve managing project execution, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
The ideal candidate will possess technical expertise and leadership skills to drive project milestones and site operations forward.
- Project Delivery: Oversee end-to-end project delivery, including design development, consultant engagement, authority approvals, procurement, contract administration, and reporting.
- Site Operations: Lead and coordinate technical services, site activities, and construction operations to ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage subcontractors, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure timely execution of project scope, fee agreements, claims processing, deliverables, and variations.
- Safety Protocols: Ensure site safety protocols are implemented and maintained in accordance with regulatory and industry standards.
- Construction Sequencing: Support the development of construction sequencing, methodology, and staging plans to optimize site productivity and resource allocation.
- Communication: Maintain strong communication and negotiation capabilities to support client relationships and resolve site-level challenges effectively.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role with a main contractor, preferably in large-scale industrial or pharmaceutical construction projects.
- Tertiary qualifications in Architectural Studies, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in construction project delivery, with a focus on planning, conceptual design, and execution of construction works.
- Strong understanding of modern building materials, construction principles, and integrated building services systems.
- Prior experience in refinery, petrochemical, process, or pharmaceutical plant construction is highly advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of project teams and stakeholders.
- Solid knowledge of estimating, scheduling, field supervision, contract administration, procurement, and project reporting.
